This is not designed for someone trying to work out how to start their first business. Hamish works best with entrepreneurs who already have something in motion.
- You have clients, customers, revenue, expertise or a team, but the decisions are getting bigger and the business more complex.
- You have too many ideas and need help deciding which direction deserves your attention.
- You are questioning your offer, your marketing, your team, your structure or your next stage of growth.
- You want strategic support, and you also understand that occasionally the thing limiting the business is you.

There is no fixed session count. Some clients want weekly momentum, others do better with fortnightly space to implement. That gets agreed between you at the start, and it can change as the work does.
Hamish only works with a small number of private clients at one time, so the support stays personal.
Why three months
The goal isn't to keep you in coaching forever.
The point is to help you think more clearly, make stronger decisions and move forward with more confidence in your own leadership.
Hamish prefers focused engagements.
Three months creates enough time to understand what is really happening, make meaningful changes and build momentum, without creating a coaching relationship that continues indefinitely simply because it can.
